Steam Engine

Early this week, Ken got called for a very special shift on the steam engine CP 2816. He gave us a phone call when they arrived in Langley and we headed out to see it immediately. The train was stopping in various cities and was commemorating BC's 150th birthday. It contained a museum, live band, and old passenger car.

Lots of people out on this very hot day, to see this rare sight!

On board the passenger train (which was air-conditioned!)

At the control stand of the engine...
Lots of steam!

And away they go...
