Skihist on the way to the Cabin

On our way to the family cabin at Green Lake we made our usual lunch stop at the beautiful Skihist Provincial Park just minutes past Lytton.

When we arrived, Melissa mysteriously wasn't as hungry as she was in the vehicle! She got busy picking the thin pieces of bark off of the "puzzle" trees...

Brody was fascinated by the large pine needles all around...

A self portrait of Brody & I with his hand trying to grab the lens...

Daddy took a better shot for us :)

Another tradition of this stop is playing soccer...

with a little goofing off!

As usual we were there for a train passing by in the canyon below. This time two trains in opposite directions passed through at the same time!

Unfortunately it was a CN train, but still neat to watch ;)

Back on the road again... very excited to be going to the cabin!
