The highlight of the event for me was when Melissa decided she was going to go in the bouncy castle. May seem silly, but when your child prefers to sit on the sidelines in fear, it is a big milestone when they jump aboard! I think Ken's analogy of it being like jumping on our bed helped a great deal!
To top it off, she eagerly went down the big slide!

Another highlight was when Melissa got her face painted. She was a little cautious at first, but really enjoyed the results, so I'm sure in the future she will do it again!

A close-up of Melissa's painting... she spent quality time looking at it in the mirror. She especially loved the sparkles they added on it :)
