First Trip to a Beach

Well to clarify it isn't really a "beach", but Melissa didn't know the difference. We went to Aldergrove Lake which is a man-made lake with sandy shores. Melissa was a little unsure with the sand at first, as she never had felt it between her fingers or toes. Plus all the action of all the children running around and playing... it was a lot to take in!
Unfortunately our trip was cut very short (only 15 minutes) due to a surprise lightening and thunder storm. So we had to leave pronto, but plan to return soon.
