Brody's 3rd Bday with Klassens

Last post for Brody's 3rd Birthday ;)

Papa gave Brody a Kubota tractor just like the one Papa has...

Nani & Papa also gave Brody this Playmobil construction vehicle which he had to try out right away!

Justus getting a demonstration...

We convinced him to come back and continue with more gift opening :)

He chose the biggest one next!

When he opened the box of this gift, he exclaimed "it's broken!" 

(Playmobil requires minor assembly)

After the assembly he put it straight to work :)

A few more gifts were opened, then we moved on to the special chocolate birthday cupcakes...

Yum!

Brody's 3rd Bday with Nana & Pop

We celebrated Brody's 3rd Birthday on a beautiful July evening in our backyard with Nana & Pop. Once dinner was out of the way, Brody was eager for his birthday chocolate cupcakes!

Then he was on to opening the largest present first :) 

A suitcase! (hint, hint, I think Nana is looking for someone to sleepover!)

Sure enough, Nana put some practical items inside!

and a Playmobil flatbed truck... assembly required :)

Brody Turns 3 - T4

Our sweet little boy turned 3 this summer (July 24th)!
He was such a joy to celebrate.

Once it was all set up, we called Brody in. 

Here he's noticed the pile of presents!

Then he spotted the equipment decor and had to show me ;)

We stopped for an intermission... had spaghetti dinner (his choice), followed by a birthday must - Chocolate Cupcakes!

Biggest present saved for last...

He got a metal Tonka back-hoe to play with in the backyard!

Ahh... all these great presents, and the box still is fun ;)

Next day... I'm busy in the kitchen and he is at the counter. I'm stunned when I take a closer look at his progress! 

He had stuck the sticker to his shirt! 

Yikes!!! (don't worry... we got it all sorted out!)
